With over 25 years of experience in the mental health field, I am a dedicated therapist committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and move toward meaningful healing and growth. I utilize an integrative, client-centered approach, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities to meet each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals.

My work is grounded in collaboration, compassion, and respect, creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. I believe healing is not one-size-fits-all, and I tailor treatment to support emotional resilience, self-awareness, and lasting positive change.
Outside of my professional life, I am a devoted wife and mother, as well as a proud dog mom. I am also an herbalist and gardener, practices that reflect my belief in holistic wellness and the connection between mind, body, and nature. In my free time, I enjoy traveling as a way to continue learning, expanding perspective, and nurturing personal growth—values I bring into my therapeutic work.
